Requirements.

The customer came to us via a client referral and requested a new website to showcase their furniture and design offerings.

Due to the nature of Finson Interiors products being high end, the website needed to portray quality within its design and highlight staff expertise within its messaging.

The customer also required the website to encourage customer contact via email or phone to promote showroom appointments.

We tackled this project by firstly getting to know the Finson Interiors business and specifically their sales process.

We encouraged customer enquiries by incorporating strong call to action (CTA) throughout the website. We used CTA buttons to prompt website users to: request a brochure, arrange showroom visits and book a free measure and design service.

High quality imagery and design were also used. Clear messaging conveyed the quality of the products and highlighted the interior design expertise within the business.
